Salt glazed and painted with underglaze blue. The slender neck is decorated with brown oak leaf motifs and the body with incised and beaded scrolling foliage and brown lappets rising from the base. Bears an incised GT monogram to the body and an impressed George Tinworth (1880-1890) for Doulton Lambeth stoneware vase. Salt glazed and painted with underglaze blue. Bears an incised GT monogram to the body and an impressed factory mark of Doulton Lambeth 1880 underneath with incised initials of assistant Rosina Brown and the stamped marks of assistants Jennie F Weekes and Emma A Burrows. 7.5 in (19 cm) high.
