Two Chinese porcelain wall pockets. Late 19th/20th century. Comprising of a Chinese wall pocket modelled as a bamboo stem with incised horizontal nodes, gilt highlights to the mouth, the exterior overglaze painted in shallow relief depicting a Chinese man grasping a lizard like creature flanked by green bamboo shoots together with a Chinese wall pocket of flared formed, decorated to the front with a female figure in a garden setting, the sides overglaze painted with Chinese characters in black, the flat unglazed back impressed with a four character mark featuring zao and with an iron red Zhuanshu script mark beneath.
