A small Chinese pale celadon jade carving of a ram. Probably Qianlong period (1736 - 1795). The recumbent ram is carved with its legs tucked underneath its body and the head facing backwards with incised details, the celadon stone with russet highlights which have been cleverly incorporated into the neck, legs and tail. 2.3 in (5.8 cm) length.
