A Moorcroft Big Poppy pattern fruit dish. Circa 1928. Of octagonal form and decorated with tube lined pink and blue flowers and green leaves against a royal blue ground with two incised lines running around the edge. Impressed marks Moorcroft Made In England in blue and signed initials of William Moorcroft. 7.2 in (18.3 cm) diameter.
