Consisting of a miniature novelty sewing necessaire formed as a bucket with a purple velvet interior containing a pair of scissors, thimble and cylindrical needle case, mark of Levi & Salaman, Birmingham 1906, a novelty purple velvet pin cushion in the form of a pair of bellows, mark of Cornelius Desormeaux Saunders & J.F.H. Shepherd, Birmingham 1891, a silver bookmark in the form of a trowel, mark of M Bros, Birmingham 1887 together with a silver bookmark in the form of a paper knife, mark of Adie & Lovekin, Birmingham 1886. (4 items) Bucket: 1.1 in (2.9 cm) diameter. Bellows: 3 in (7.5 cm) length. Trowel bookmarker: 3.2 in (8.2 cm) length. Paper knife bookmarker: 3.5 in (8.9 cm) length. 34 grams.
