A Chinese translucent jade applique. Possibly Warring States period (475 - 221 BC) Of tapering form with notched edges and decorated with C-scrolls carved in low relief and depicting a taotie mask beneath, the stone of a translucent green and light brown tone. 3.1 in (8 cm) length.
