A Chinese jade carving of a head. Probably late Ming/Qing dynasty period. Most likely carved as an interpretation of a Chinese Emperor, high ranking courtier or scholar, the stone of a pale celadon tone and mounted on an acrylic and metal stand. 2.6 in (6.7 cm) height of head, 4 in (10.2 cm) height on base.
