A Chinese cloisonne enamelled bowl, 20th century. Of circular, shallow form, decorated to the interior with a five clawed Imperial yellow dragon, the exterior with Imperial yellow dragons chasing flaming pearls amongst clouds enclosed within a ruyi pattern and a scrolling wave border. The underside bears an apocryphal four character mark in iron red which translates as 'Made during the Great Ming dynasty'. Displayed on a neatly fitted carved wood stand. 10.2 in (25.8 cm) diameter. 8.5 in (21.7 cm) height.
